Covid-19 lockdown information:

After Unite called out Burger King for leaving their workers in the dark about whether they'd be paid, Burger King has committed to paying workers at least 80% of normal wages/salaries. This 80% can be topped up with annual leave to 100%.

Unite believes the practice of paying employees 80% of average weekly pay may be unlawful, if the amount is less than the employee's agreed minimum hours.
